Gold Mining Dredging Suction Hose
Gold mining dredging suction hose is specifically engineered for heavy-duty slurry transfer in gold mining, river dredging, and sand & gravel operations. Designed to withstand extreme abrasion from sand, rocks, and mineral particles, this hose features a highly wear-resistant natural rubber or NR/SBR tube and cover, reinforced with multiple textile plies and a rigid steel wire helix for full vacuum and collapse resistance. Large diameters from 4” to 24” ensure high volume flow.

Application
Designed for suction and discharge of highly abrasive slurries, sand, gravel, rocks, and mineral tailings in gold mining, river dredging, quarrying, and aggregate processing. Suitable for floating dredge pipelines, submerged suction lines, and land-based mining transfer systems.
Construction
• Tube: High-quality, highly abrasion-resistant natural rubber (NR) or NR/SBR blend – smooth bore for unrestricted flow, resistant to wear from sharp particles.
• Reinforcement: Multiple layers of high-tensile synthetic textile cord (polyester or nylon) + a heavy-duty galvanized steel wire helix (spiral wound) to prevent collapse under full vacuum and provide kink/crush resistance.
• Cover: Thick, black, ozone-, UV-, and weather-resistant SBR or NR rubber – designed for high abrasion resistance and long service life in rugged environments. Optional floating foam layer available.

• Working Pressure: Up to 150 PSI (10.3 bar) depending on size and construction
• Burst Pressure: 4–5 x working pressure
• Vacuum Rating: Full vacuum (29 in Hg) – helix prevents collapse during suction of heavy slurries
• Temperature Range: -30°C to +80°C (-22°F to +176°F)
