UHMWPE chemical suction hose is engineered for demanding transfer of aggressive chemicals, acids, caustics, and solvents under full vacuum conditions. The seamless ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene tube provides exceptional chemical resistance, ultra-low friction, and superior abrasion resistance. Reinforced with multiple textile cord plies and a rigid steel wire helix, this hose withstands full vacuum (29 in Hg) without collapse, while handling working pressures up to 150 PSI.

Application
Specifically designed for aggressive chemical suction and transfer where full vacuum capability is required. Ideal for unloading acids, alkalis, solvents, and corrosive liquids from tank trucks, rail cars, ships, and storage tanks. Suitable for chemical plants, industrial processing, and hazardous material handling.
Construction
• Tube: Seamless, static-conductive UHMWPE (ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene) – extremely smooth, non-adhesive, and resistant to over 95% of industrial chemicals including strong acids, bases, and organic solvents.
• Reinforcement: High-tensile synthetic textile cord plies + a rugged galvanized steel wire helix (spiral wound) for maximum vacuum resistance, kink prevention, and crush protection.
• Cover: Black, EPDM or neoprene synthetic rubber – abrasion-, ozone-, UV-, oil-, and weather-resistant. Optional conductive or flame-retardant cover available.
