Construction:
• Tube: Black, oil-resistant synthetic rubber (Nitrile-based) – suitable for petroleum products with up to 50% aromatic content.
• Reinforcement: High-tensile textile cord plus a spiral steel wire helix for kink resistance and full vacuum service.
• Cover: Abrasion-, weather-, and oil-resistant synthetic rubber (black, smooth or wrapped finish).
Applications:
• Suction and discharge of gasoline, diesel, fuel oils, lubricants, and other petroleum-based fluids.
• Tank truck, bulk transfer, and industrial suction lines.
• Suitable for low-pressure and vacuum applications.
Features:
• Excellent resistance to oil, ozone, and hydrocarbon permeation.
• Flexible even in cold conditions.
• Steel helix provides crush resistance and full vacuum capability (up to 28 in Hg).
• Smooth bore for unrestricted flow.
